Return Exchange Policy |
Aloha,
Effective February 8, 2008 Honolua Surf Company will no longer sell product from our online site. We apologize for the inconvenience. However all of our stores on island are open and appreciate your business when you return to the islands. Please continue to email customerservice@honoluasurf.com or call 866.466.6582 x8815 for all your customer service needs.
Note we have a new exchange policy below; all exchanges will be for refund only.

We stand behind everything we sell. We will gladly make an exchange or return for any product.
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval before return or exchange is issued.
Exchanges will only be permitted on island with receipt and original tags on the item.
For purchases made online before Feb. 7th 2008
We allow 30 days for regularly priced items, from the
day you receive your package, to return unwashed, unworn or damaged/defective items.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process. No merchandise will be accepted
for a refund without the RECEIPT and ORIGINAL PRICE TAGS.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL, on all sale items.
For purchases made in one of our retail stores:
We allow 30 days, from the date on your receipt, to return
unwashed, unworn or damaged/defective items. You must provide your original receipt with your return to
receive a full refund. As of August 4th, 2003, our retail stores have a new return policy and all sale
items will be deemed "ALL SALES FINAL".
***Please note: Honolua Surf Co is not responsible to replace rash guards due to the normal wear and tear
of the product. They are designed for use in natural bodies of water such as oceans and lakes, not chlorinated
water. We will not be held responsible if they are damaged in any way because of use in a swimming pool, or
improper washing.
